We look for the boring, profitable corners of commerce.
Outgive was founded in 2017 on a simple premise. Most of the money in e-commerce is made in the infrastructure around it, not in the products being sold. Shipping, accounting, marketplace operations, community. These are the businesses we build and hold.

Every company is run by an operator who owns equity and runs the day-to-day. We do not install CEOs from outside the industry.

Long-term holding
No exit timeline. Companies stay in the portfolio as long as they are growing, profitable, and well-run. Compounding over a decade matters more than a quick sale.

Cash-funded growth
Profitable from year one. Every company scales from its own cash flow. No venture capital, no private equity, no debt we cannot service from operations.
Who runs this
Founded and run by Nic Co.
Nic started Outgive in 2017 after operating e-commerce businesses directly. He runs the holding company and sits on the boards of each operating company. He is actively involved in capital allocation, hiring for senior roles, and long-term strategy. He is not a passive investor.
